Original appointment was set for 2-4 but the leaking seemed to be getting worse, they came out within an hour after calling the day of and Zach was the technician and he was awesome! Talked me through the process and explained everything as I had just recently purchased this home. Provided great service and already very happy with our new water heater! Was a little more expensive than we had hoped but know that it was done professionally and everything was thoroughly checked over before he left. Hope to continue to do business with kellemeier!”

They arrived on time, were extremely personable, experts on what they were doing, worked very hard in a unique location, and went above and beyond in taking care of EVERY detail. The job required them to not only go up and down our stairway multiple times, but to go up and down a pull down ladder with equipment. It was far from an easy job.
