They informed me that my faulty thermostat was still under warranty from when I had new air conditioning installed several years ago, so I only had to pay the diagnostic fee and labor charge. Tim also wrote up quotes for adding a new whole-house humidifier while he was here. Kellermeier has been my go-to heating and AC team for 25 years, and they have always provided excellent, consistent and timely service for us.”
