When the fireplace came in, Rik and a few other technicians came by to install. Even though they experienced a curvature in our fireplace and a distinct arch in the brick. It was a huge challenge. However, Rik and the other technicians did an amazing job! They were skilled, experience, prepared, professional, and even humorous. After installation, Rik went through the entire process on the fireplace mechanics with us. We could not be happier with the looks and functionality of the fireplace.”
