“Tim and his assistant were very polite and professional, they quickly diagnosed our issue as a faulty thermostat, and they had a replacement thermostat in their van. They informed me that my faulty thermostat was still under warranty from when I had new air conditioning installed several years ago, so I only had to pay the diagnostic fee and labor charge. Tim also wrote up quotes for adding a new whole-house humidifier while he was here.
