“Initially, Will came by to give us an estimate/quote on a gas fireplace. We also stopped by the showroom to look at several options. When the fireplace came in, Rik and a few other technicians came by to install. Even though they experienced a curvature in our fireplace and a distinct arch in the brick. It was a huge challenge. However, Rik and the other technicians did an amazing job! They were skilled, experience, prepared, professional, and even humorous.
