“Called as my previous water heater was leaking from the bottom after 14 years of life. Original appointment was set for 2-4 but the leaking seemed to be getting worse, they came out within an hour after calling the day of and Zach was the technician and he was awesome! Talked me through the process and explained everything as I had just recently purchased this home. Provided great service and already very happy with our new water heater! Was a little more expensive than we had hoped but know that it was done professionally and everything was thoroughly checked over before he left. Hope to continue to do business with kellemeier!”
