“Zack (and Justin): How difficult is it to replace a cold sensor? The heat pump [at 4779 Genoa Rd] seems to run okay in cool mode. Further investigation has lead me to believe the heat sensor 4S1, either a thermocouple or thermistor, has drifted and now causes the microprocessor 1U1 to believe the water exit temperature is below the freeze point [intended to be 35 degree F], at a higher actual temperature – thus causing the unit to go into manual lockout mode and initiate the Alarm signal at terminal 1TB2-9 which in this system causes an external control relay to shut off the run signal shortening the cycle. This is per design, and a fix would be to replace the sensor or do nothing at this time. Thanks for responding reasonably for the service call.”

“Kellermeier Technician was polite, professional and on time. However, my problem was not corrected do to him not having good enough equipment to perform the job. After 50 minutes, a bottle of acid and running an inadequate drain cleaning cable through my sink drain 3 times, my drain would still not drain. So an hour later and paying $307 to do exactly what I did the previous days I still had a plugged drain. The technician then proceeded to give me the number of a guy who had better equipment to do the job. The next day Tim Kuzmaul from Clean Thru came out was at my house 10 minutes and it was cleared and charged $100.. If you do not have good enough equipment to do the job I suggest making the recommendation to call the other guy before making someone write a $307 check for nothing! The total cost to get my drained cleaned was $407. Needless to say I will be keep Tim’s number in my contacts for future reference.”

They also took photos of the toilets to get model numbers on November 16, 2018. After 4 follow up calls and no action, a winter in our Florida home, we returned to BG and called again. Many apologies but no response. Another call to the dispatcher who seemed to be the only person interested in taking action. Another two months with no action. We called Kellermeier last Monday and they came Wednesday. Problems solved in one hour. It was not inexpensive but we are happy to have our toilets fixed after 7 months of waiting on another plumber.”

Original appointment was set for 2-4 but the leaking seemed to be getting worse, they came out within an hour after calling the day of and Zach was the technician and he was awesome! “89.00 Dollar Service Call for furnace/ac turning 1 year old. A switch on the condensate drain failed. To replace two wire switch “$27 dollars on Ebay direct from Manufacturer” $139 dollars on top of the $89 dollars. I replaced the switch myself. I paid $10300.00 dollars for the furnace. I was told a paper filter would cost $50 dollars. Very dissapointed.”
“I called Kellermeier P&H to work on a complete shower system that had broken and needed to be replaced. I called their office and spoke to a very friendly customer service person who told me she would get back to me with a time and date they a service tech could come out. Within an hour she called back and said that they could have a tech at my house within the hour and he would access the problem. Ken (my service tech) was there within the hour, diagnosed the problem, gave me two options to have it fixed and within 2 hours was completed with my job. Very professional, speedy and top notch company from top to bottom. I would highly recommend them.”
“I have used Kellermeier Plumbing for several projects. I am very pleased with the work. However I am not pleased with the diagnostic work done on 6-15-18 & 6-19-18. Two service calls with overlap of trouble shooting. I did buy CO detector & spent total over $500. The detector I had to move because it had been mounted directly over the washer exposed to steam. Air flow problem was determined to be cause of CO issue .I feel what I was charged was on the high side.”
