Over 40 Years of Excellence
Kellermeier Plumbing & Heating, Inc. services an area that includes Wood and Lucas Counties of Ohio and is Wood County’s largest “Authorized Trane Heating and Air Conditioning Dealer”, a "Trane Home Comfort Specialist" and a “Honeywell Power Contractor” member. The primary focus of the business is on the residential market but still includes a sizable amount of commercial business.
Kellermeier Plumbing & Heating has provided affordable, efficient, expert service since May of 1962, when Norman Kellermeier purchased what would become the Kellermeier Plumbing and Heating Company in Haskins, Ohio. He brought with him a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience operating his business essentially as a one-man operation—although his sons, David and Gary, worked with him on weekends and summers during their school years.
In 1974, David and Gary each purchased a third of the business to become partners with their dad and in 1977, they hired their first full-time co-worker, Ken Podolak.
In 1980 Norman retired and sold his remaining share of the business to David and Gary. In 1985 the business was incorporated to form the present Kellermeier Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
Dave Kellermeier is presently on the board of Waterville, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and Gary Kellermeier is president of the Toledo Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors Association and also a state board member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America—Ohio Chapter.
